Payments Terms
- Payment Deadline: After the negotiation and release of the confirmation voucher, a payment deadline will be provided. All vendors and suppliers must be paid within this deadline to reconfirm all components such as hotels, cruises, and tickets.
- Price and Availability: We will hold the confirmation until the payment deadline. Delays beyond this point will affect availability and prices may vary accordingly.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be cleared as per the cutoff dates, with 50% due at confirmation and the remaining 50% on the day of arrival. Payments must be made before the arrival date in case of bank holidays.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
- Right to Cancel: Andaman Escapades reserves the right to deny or withdraw any booking or service before or during the tour in case of any unforeseen issues with the agent or guest, or any loss to the company.
General Conditions
- Historical Sites and Museums: Please note that historical sites and museums are closed on national holidays. Additionally, certain sightseeing activities may be inaccessible during extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the affected trips will either be rescheduled or canceled without any refund.
- Hotel Reservations: Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are for packaging purposes only, and no rooms are curreamntly reserved. Room availability will be confirmed based on current availability at the time of booking.
- Alternative Accommodation: If the specified hotels and rooms are unavailable, we will either provide an alternative hotel at the same cost or suggest options with a price difference.
- Vehicle Use: Vehicles provided for the tour are for sightseeing transfers only and are not available for disposal.

- Service and Room Availability: The quotation provided is based on the inquiry received and does not guarantee service or hotel room availability.
- Price Changes: Any changes in components such as hotel, room category, class of travel, or sightseeing spots will result in a price adjustment.
- Communication: Please do not change the subject line of emails and keep the same email thread to avoid future disputes.
- Verification: Verify the inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and itinerary thoroughly before confirming with the guest. Contact us for any clarifications.
- Alternative Options: If the mentioned hotels and rooms are unavailable, we will provide an alternative hotel at the same cost or suggest options with a price difference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance Bookings: Bookings made 30 days prior to arrival and canceled before 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund.
- Short-Notice Cancellations: For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or cruise will apply. Each hotels policy will be detailed in the confirmation voucher.
- Weather and Health Cancellations: Cancellations due to weather conditions or family/health issues will incur a 10% charge of the total package amount as a service fee.
- Hotel Changes: Once booked, hotels cannot be changed. If guests have complaints after check-in, we will attempt to change the room within the same category. Upgrades will incur additional charges.
- Weather Policy
- Being an Island surrounded by Sea, the Wind direction plays an important role in the weather of Andaman Islands. And the Islands are susceptible to cyclonic Conditions at least twice in a year, especially in the last week of November and the First Week of December. Hence cancellation of sightseeing trips or the Complete Tour will be dealt in a following Manner.
- Safety First: As an island destination, Andaman is susceptible to cyclonic conditions, especially in late November and early December. We prioritize guest safety and will not recommend tours unless conditions are deemed safe. Guests insisting on proceeding despite our advice do so at their own risk.
- Sudden Cancellations: In case of sudden high winds or waves, boat operations to destinations like North Bay Coral Island, Ross Island, and Elephant Beach may be canceled by authorities. We request guest cooperation as we arrange alternative options and transfers, which may take some time.
- Tour Continuation: If conditions are deemed inappropriate, we may ask guests to cancel the tour.
- Hotel Cancellations: Hotel cancellations will adhere to the respective hotels policy.
- Refunds: Complete refunds will be provided for transportation, entry, and monument charges. Hotel refunds will depend on the hotels policy.
